Damaged or Defective Products

Return Policy

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of delivery. The product must be in its original packaging, unwashed, and unused. Please note that certain items, such as sale or clearance items, are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Return Shipping

Important Notes

– Stitched catalog items cannot be refunded.

– We take great care in ensuring that each product is of high quality before shipping.

– Threads and sequences coming off are a natural consequence of the product’s nature, and we recommend consulting a tailor to adjust or fix the issue.
